Returns and Exchange Policy


We here at Loriana’s understand that not all purchases go to plan especially when it comes to choosing the right size, colour etc and we totally get that! We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases from us, if you have chosen the wrong size we welcome exchanges or alternatively offer a credit note, we do not offer a refund unless the garment is found to be faulty.

We very carefully quality control all our online orders to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.

We do understand that buying online can be a bit of a gamble at times which we aim to provide as much details as possible about the sizing and fit of our garments, rest assured that if an item does not work for you we are more than happy to exchange for a different size, style or alternatively we offer a credit note.

Please note we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases: by completing an order with us you are accepting our terms and conditions for exchange and returns, if you have any queries or need assistance with any item please feel free to reach out and we will be more than happy to help!


Simply send us a message via facebook or email, stating why you are returning the item. Our mailing bags are reusable, which you can reuse when sending an item back for exchange. Carefully cut with a scissors and remove the mailing sticker in the front.  

All garments must be in the same condition when purchased, and still have swing tags attached to it.

You have within 3 days to contact us about your exchange and within 14 days (from date of arrival) to get the item sent back to us. For overseas items- items must be returned to us immediately (Leave receiver within 7 days) Return postage is to be paid by the customer (unless faulty). We take no responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit so we recommend a tracking option.

Credit notes/ gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue, (if for any reason there is an unused voucher, simply contact us and we will gladly arrange that for you)

For hygiene reasons, we do not do exchange on jewelry.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and must not have any presence of makeup or tan stains, no body odour, perfume or deodorant. It simply must be in original condition.

All sale items are non-returnable (unless faulty) and we do not accept exchange on sale stock so please choose carefully, if you have any questions regarding fit etc of a garment, please feel free to message us on either facebook or email us at 

We unfortunately do not ‘hold items’ until your return arrives for exchange, this is because we carry limited stock.

Please be reminded it is your responsibility to get the item safely back to us and you are to take care of all the postage expenses of a return. For faulty items- we will take care of the postage fees.
